Since the launch on Aug. 20, 2015, we have worked to provide the best service possible for our users. After careful consideration, however, we have concluded that it will be difficult to continue doing so and have made the decision to end service.

In conjunction with the end of service, distribution of FINAL FANTASY Portal Points will end on Sep. 30, 2026 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT) / Sep. 30, 2026 at 3:59 p.m. (BST).
FINAL FANTASY Portal Points obtained in September will remain valid until Oct. 29, 2026 at 7:59 p.m. (PDT) / Oct. 30, 2026 at 2:59 a.m. (GMT). Please be sure to use any remaining points before they expire.

The FINAL FANTASY Portal Site will continue to be available after the app service ends. For future FINAL FANTASY news and information, please continue to use the FINAL FANTASY Portal Site.
