On July 18, Portal Points were awarded to users who had enabled receipt of push notifications. However, we have confirmed that there were certain qualified users who did not receive the points.
For these users, we have today awarded 15 points.
Receipt of points can be confirmed by going to Item Exchange > Point History.
*Point award is limited to users who fulfilled the following conditions as of July 18.
- Users who have set "Receive Notifications" to "ON."
- Users who have logged in to their Square Enix accounts through the FINAL FANTASY Portal App at least once.
* Certain exceptions apply for users who are using multiple devices.
