Lightning Resurrection, Part 1

Lightning has accomplished many legendary feats in FINAL FANTASY XIII...
However, after drifting to Palamecia, she seems to have lost the spark she once had...
Last year's Lightning Resurrection event will finally return.
As the first part of this return, we will be bringing back Lightning Resurrection, Part 1!
The stage is set where it all began in FFXIII: The Hanging Edge.
The battles here will require you to utilize paradigms to succeed.
Travel across the Crystarium to power up your paradigms and see what new adventures with Lightning await you!

Event Period
Sunday, April 1, at 8:00 p.m. to Saturday, June 30, at 7:59 p.m. PDT (UTC-7)

Part 2 & Ranking Event

In addition to Lightning Resurrection, Part 1, there will be a second part is scheduled for release in mid-April!
There will be more of the Crystarium to power up your paradigms, and a thrilling conclusion awaits you at the end of the Lightning Resurrection event!
After Part 2's release, there will also be a ranking event!
Previously, you were able to use the paradigms from the Lightning Resurrection area, but this time we will be holding the ranking event without paradigms.
You won't be disadvantaged in the ranking event if you haven't gone through the Crystarium, so you will be able to play through Lightning Resurrection at your own pace.

As with last time, the abilties of FFXIII collaboration cards can be leveled up by defeating the enemies that appear.

Limited Time Login Reward

The first time you log in between 4/1 1:00 a.m. until 7/1 12:59 a.m. PDT (UTC-7), you will receive a Lightning: FFXIII ability card! It's an extremely powerful wind attack ability, and can be powered up by obtaining certain cards in the upcoming ranking reward. Be sure to obtain and upgrade this card!

New Legend Job!

Legend Job: Cocoon Aviator will be added to the line-up.

Sunday, April 1, 8:00 p.m. to Wednesday, April 11, 7:59 p.m. PDT (UTC-7)

During this period、the Boosted Greater Summon Featuring Sazh can be initiated.
When you initiate a greater summon, you will draw 7 ability cards, including the bonus. Within the 7 cards, there is a chance at obtaining a job card.
There is a chance of summoning an Ultimate Hero, Supreme Card, and Legend job.
If a Legend job is summoned, it will be obtained in addition to the 7 ability cards, as an 8th card.
If a Supreme card or an Ultimate Hero is summoned, it will also be obtained as an 8th card.

If you summon a Legend job during the event period, you will be guaranteed to summon Cocoon Aviator.

Lightning Descends into Multiplayer!

The FINAL FANTASY XIII x MOBIUS FF collaboration event has returned!
To commemorate the return of the collaboration, Lightning awaits you in multiplayer!
Lightning is a formidable opponent who is adept at changing paradigms based on the flow of battle. Defeating her is no easy task...
We will also be introducing April's schedule for multiplayer!
There's no time to waste, let's take a look at the details!

Lightning Event Period
Sunday, April 1, 8:00 p.m. to Monday, April 16, 7:59 p.m. PDT (UTC-7)
* Limited-time item trading period will conclude on April 24, 12:59 a.m. PDT (UTC-7).

Lightning appears in ★3-5 high-difficulty quests!
All quests are a single battle with Lightning, but you can't let your guard down.

New Sicarius Ability Card Added!

Lightning Sicarius cards will be available an the Item Exchange!

The job type is Ranger-only, but is a ★fast learner type card that starts from a ★4, making it a powerful Sicarius from the moment you obtain it!
With the Skillseed and Gil Up auto-abilities, it's a very convenient card to have around.
Because it's such a powerful card, it requires lots of components, but be sure to obtain it during this opportunity!
