Summary

First, let us brief new players to Blitzball!

■ What is Blitzball?

Blitzball is a popular sport in Spira, within the world of FFX!

The game field is a mysterious cube-shaped pool called a "Sphere Pool", and within this pool, the players must steal the ball away from the other team and whoever scores the most goal wins. As there are obstacles such has rough tackles, and poisonous abilities involved, it makes it even more exciting like an underwater combat!

As this is the only time that the audience can also forget about living in fear from attacks by the greatest disaster "Sin", Blitzball is an important sport that is the heart of the people!!

With that, Blitzball has been rearranged to MOBIUS FF style!

This event can be enjoyed by all veteran and new players to MOBIUS FF! Don't think too hard, and just set the 3 event cards you are provided with to your deck, and enjoy the MOBIUS FF version of Blitzball!

Anyone who prefers to think things through, here are some additional details for you.

■Point 1: Underwater
Blitzball is an underwater sport, so your reaction may be a bit slow...
That's right! During this event, you will be inflicted with a powerful Slow ailment which lessens your action count.

If you initiate combat in the usual fashion, you may unexpectedly be counterattacked by the enemies!?

■Point 2: Strategy is the key to winning!
The real thrill is when you are confronted by an enemy! This excitement has been converted into ability cards! You will receive the following 3 ability cards once you enter the region!

Pass: Blitzball

Ability: Pass Mage ability - Single-target water attack.

Dribble: Blitzball

Ability: Dribble MWarrior ability - Single-target fire attack.

Tackle: Blitzball

Ability: Tackle Ranger ability - Single-target wind attack.

For enemies who are weak to each of the abilities Pass, Dribble, and Tackle, regardless of the enemy's jobs and due to this event's special effect, you will be able to take them down with one single shot!
All you need to do is set the 3 cards provided to your deck and you should be OK!

*Mage and the Legend job Ace Striker already has these 3 elements so we recommend you use them!

However, after you pass a certain area, the enemies will become stronger and you may not be able to defeat them with 1 attack.
If this happens...!

■Point 3:　Obtain Jecht Shot 2!
After clearing a certain area, you will obtain the following card.

Jecht Shot 2: Blitzball

Ability: Jecht Shot 2 Ranger ability - Single-target water attack (multistrike). Additional damage during Blitzball matches.

Jecht Shot 2: Blitzball is a Ranger type single-target water attack ability card. As a special exception during this event only, various additional damage can be inflicted with this card! Take a clean shot, and blow your enemies away!!

* You'll be able to obtain the Jecht Shot 2: Blitzball ★5 by proceeding the areas!

■Point 4: What do we do after clear...?
After you have cleared the event, you can challenge your limits in the Phatasmic Coil. Of course, no rental cards and no Continues are allowed! Furthermore, enemies become even difficult after completing each loop! We have prepared ranking rewards on top of the clear rewards so come and try it out!
